News Apple Showcases Lumon Terminal Pro from "Severance"—But You Can’t Buy It

Apple has added a page for the Lumon Terminal Pro, the iconic computer from Apple TV+’s "Severance", to its Mac lineup—marked as "New." The fictional device, used by the Macrodata Refinement team in the series, has excited fans, but there's one catch: it’s just a promotional campaign.

“People would pay stupid money to actually purchase this... myself included.,” one Reddit user wrote. Many others agreed, saying they would love to use the machine—or at least its keyboard and trackball.

"Severance" Continues to Make an Impact​

The Apple TV+ original series wrapped up its second season on March 21, 2025, and was renewed for a third season the same day. It has become Apple TV+’s most-watched show, sparked interest in real-world companies with similar names, and, as media outlets noted, reshaped discussions about work-life balance.

Apple CEO Tim Cook even appeared in the show's promotional campaign, and before the Season 2 premiere, the cast staged live performances at Grand Central Station in New York, bringing their characters to life.
