How do you reply to new posts so quickly?

I registered recently, but I don't visit forum that often yet, but when I come back I see that I missed posts that weren't there just an hour ago but there are already quite a few replies to them. Of course I've bookmarked the site but I still don't get it, are you guys here 24/7 or something like that?

Uhm, just turn on push notifications in your browser or on your phone when the site asks for it

I'm here about 3 times a day, which is probably why I respond pretty quickly. It's mostly random though, if I visited in the evening and someone created a new thread in the evening then my reply would seem fast. Just come back more often
