Beyond Good & Evil has been removed from Steam and the Xbox store, as noticed by X.com social network users and the media.
Access to purchase the game was limited shortly before the re-release with improved graphics, which was announced at the end of November 2023 after several leaks. The updated version will be unveiled on June 20 at the live Limited Run Games Showcase.
Currently, the action-adventure game is still available on the Ubisoft Store and GOG for $3.69 and 82 cents, respectively.
Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition should get improved graphics and sound, 4K/60 fps support, additional achievements, QoL improvements, and an autosave system. Initially, the release was supposed to take place in early 2024.
