Should the quest fail to commence, consider undertaking additional tasks for Brant or extending your stay within Vernworth. These actions may prompt the activation of the quest.

The individual you seek is named Bermudo, attired in brown leather garments with a concealing hood. At times, he may dart past you. Exercise vigilance and keen observation to detect his presence.

Locating and apprehending Bermudo may require ingenuity. Consider staking out a lengthy alleyway or devising tactics such as ambushing him from an elevated vantage point.

Once Bermudo is sighted, give chase and seize him, employing tactics to restrain him and bring him to the ground.

Upon seizing Bermudo, you face a pivotal decision with two distinct choices: either detain him without compromise or opt to negotiate compensation. Refusing to release Bermudo will inevitably escalate into a confrontation. Alternatively, accepting Bermudo's offer, receiving the gold, and releasing him will grant you a reward of 5000 gold.
