Gongaga Region - Phenomenon Intel 1: Training Facility V-B
Upon arriving in the Gongaga region after concluding your activities in Corel, you'll encounter the initial marker for the Phenomenon Intel situated at the southernmost point. Upon reaching this location, you'll discover an abandoned facility.
Proceed west of the facility to locate an entrance with stairs leading downward. Descend the stairs entirely, triggering a cutscene in the process. Post-cutscene, you'll be required to undertake a VR mission, akin to those overseen by Chadley, to successfully conclude the sequence.
Prior to engaging with the terminal, ensure that your preferred party is active, as the mission will utilize your current party configuration. Make any necessary preparations before interacting with the terminal.
The VR mission comprises three rounds featuring familiar basic enemies you've previously encountered. Once you've successfully dealt with these adversaries, you'll be provided with the location for your second Phenomenon Intel to explore.
Remember to also engage with the chest located in the vicinity to secure an additional reward.
Gongaga Region - Phenomenon Intel 2: Training Facility A-D
The second training facility is situated southeast of the Gongaga village, and reaching it may pose a slight challenge. To reach the destination, utilize fast travel to the Activation Intel 2: Old Pipeline Tower. Right in front of the tower, you'll notice a rope that you can ascend.
Upon reaching the top, employ the nearby mushroom with the assistance of your Chocobo to leap to the opposite side. There, you'll discover another rope to descend.
Upon descending to the bottom, you'll find yourself at another training facility resembling the first one. Engage with the terminal and successfully accomplish the combat simulator mission.
Following the subsequent cutscene, you'll be given a choice, and opting for "Interrogate him" might be your preference.
Once more, you'll confront three rounds of basic enemies. It's not overly demanding; ensure your preferred party is active and, upon completing the battle, be sure to collect the chest reward.
Gongaga Region - Phenomenon Intel 3: Training Facility W-T

To reach the last training facility, head east towards a set of ruins. If you've unlocked the Chocobo stop there, utilize fast travel to it and then head north to reach the facility.
Though the procedure stays consistent, this time, you'll face the task of defeating Rude and Elena for your ultimate challenge. Adequate preparation is essential, as this encounter essentially amounts to a boss fight.
