NVIDIA has added an automatic overclocking feature
NVIDIA has released a major update to the beta version of its PC application. The main new feature of the update is a feature that allows you to automatically apply optimal parameters for overclocking your graphics card. The option also allows you to get information about the status of the graphics gas pedal.

When the user activates the feature, it performs a scan, during which it is recommended to avoid tasks with intensive use of the graphics processor. The NVIDIA application then suggests optimal settings for overclocking the graphics card based on the analysis.

The feature is only available to owners of GeForce RTX graphics cards. Users of these graphics gas pedals can also manually adjust the maximum voltage, power consumption, target temperature, and fan speed limits. This can be done on the System page in the NVIDIA app, where the Performance tab has been added.

With the 10.0.1 update, the NVIDIA app now supports the AV1 codec for ShadowPlay. It provides up to 40% higher video compression efficiency compared to H.264. NVIDIA has also updated the overlay, making it easier to use and add filters.

You can download the beta version of the NVIDIA application on the company's website or through the program itself, where you need to activate the option to get access to early builds.
