You'll encounter the Dancing Beast Wheel boss on Floor 155 of the Tziah Block in Tartarus. It's a Floor Boss, so you can't skip it if you want to move forward.

This boss fights solo, so you only have to focus on it. You can knock it down with a Critical Hit and then launch an All-Out Attack without any trouble.

When facing the Dancing Beast Wheel in Tartarus, take note of its weaknesses and resistances:
  • Resists: Light
  • Nullifies: Ice
The Dancing Beast Wheel can handle most Physical and Magic attacks without much fuss, except for Light and Ice. Magic attacks won't be very effective against it, so focus on using other Magic attacks, Physical attacks, or your team's Theurgy abilities.

A great strategy is to use a Skill that boosts your Critical Hit Rate, which helps you knock down the Dancing Beast Wheel and launch an All-Out Attack. If any of your characters or Personas have Rebellion or Revolution Skills, use them to increase your Critical Hit Rate. Koromaru from S.E.E.S is a good choice as he has the Revolution Skill.

Since the Dancing Beast Wheel buffs its Attack, Defense, and Evasion, bring someone with Rakunda or Tarunda Skills to lower these stats. Aigis is handy for dealing Physical damage and buffing your team's Attack and Defense. For healing, bring Yukari or stock up on healing items to keep your party healthy during the fight.
