How To Trigger The Hot Springs Event
To access the Hot Springs in Persona 3 Reload, initiate a conversation with Junpei in the Godaigo Inn lobby on November 19. The entrance to the Hot Springs is conveniently situated in the Inn's lobby.
As your evening free time commences, Junpei will send you a text inviting you to join him at the Hot Springs. Locate him near the stairs on the left side of the lobby, engage in conversation, and choose the option "Let’s go."
Proceed to your room on the second floor. A text prompt will appear, inquiring if you wish to prepare for the Hot Springs visit. Opt to "Return to Room," and the event will commence.
During this period, you will be on the school trip.

Failing to successfully escape will result in Mitsuru administering punishment to you and the other boys. The following day, she and the rest of the girls will subject you to the silent treatment. If you attempt to engage in conversation upon returning to the dorms, they will express anger towards you.
