To locate the World Balance boss in Tartarus, you'll need to access the Harabah Block, which spans from Floor 173 to 198. This boss can be encountered in various Monad Doors within this section, and we found one specifically on Floor 175.

Sometimes, the boss may appear alone, but it's also possible to encounter it alongside additional enemies or multiple World Balances. If you encounter it solo, you can take advantage of critical hits to knock it down and execute an All-Out Attack. Alternatively, you can utilize Theurgy abilities from your party members to deal significant damage to it.

  • Neutral: All Physical and Magic Attacks

As mentioned, the World Balance boss doesn't have any weaknesses or resistances, meaning any attack you use won't deal extra damage. This makes defeating it quickly a challenge, but there are ways to improve your chances. Here are some tips:
  • Bring a character with Matarukaja to buff your team's Attack for 3 turns. Aigis can learn this ability, but be cautious as she is vulnerable to some of the World Balance's attacks.
  • Use consumables or Personas with abilities like Crit Rate Boost or Crit Rate Amp to increase your team's Critical Hit Rate. This makes it easier to knock down the World Balance, allowing for massive damage with an All-Out Attack. Personas like Legion (Fool), Omoikane (Hierophant), and Neko Shogun (Star) have skills like Rebellion or Revolution that boost Crit Rate.
  • The World Balance boss can buff its Attack, similar to the Isolated Castle enemy. Therefore, having a team member capable of debuffing the boss is essential. Ken Amada's Dekaja nullifies all stat buffs for foes, while Akihiko Sanada's Matarunda decreases the enemy's Attack. Additionally, having Yukari on the team ensures you have a healer to keep everyone healthy.
By employing these strategies, you can enhance your chances of defeating the World Balance boss efficiently.
